It's super easy. It's like rice. Th...Jen,<br />It's super easy. It's like rice. The directions are on the package, but you just use one part grain to two parts water. It cooks in about 15-20 minutes. You can use it in anything! Throw it in soups or stews, on top of salad, in tacos, etc... It's a Super Grain!! It's kind of the king of grains because it's a complete protein.
